I was new to breath work and reached out to Melissa via email to schedule a private session, she responded in less than an hour, she was so welcoming and made sure to customize my session to my needs. When I met her in person she was incredibly kind, gentle and supportive. The session itself was eye opening, I personally never thought breath work could impact the nervous system in such a powerful way, I think it is something everyone should experience at least once. A beautiful experience overall, plus she gave me a chocolate at the end with water, she’s a true angel. I plan on participating in her group sessions in the future!
