Private sessions offer a different kind of support. Rather than trying to “think” your way through stress, breathwork works directly with the body and nervous system — creating space for release, regulation, clarity, and reconnection. These sessions are deeply personalized and designed to help you feel safe, supported, and fully cared for throughout the experience.

Unlike a group class, every aspect of a private session is tailored specifically to you — your nervous system, emotional state, comfort level, and intentions.
Before your session, we begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation call where we discuss what you’re navigating, your goals for the session, and any physical or emotional sensitivities you may have. Music preferences and pacing are also personalized to create an experience that feels supportive and aligned for you.
This work is also different from therapy or traditional meditation.
You do not need to explain or analyze everything with words. Breathwork allows the body space to release tension and emotions naturally while reconnecting you to your own inner awareness and intuition.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calming private wellness room where we’ll briefly check in and set an intention for the session.
You’ll then have privacy to settle comfortably onto the massage table under cozy blankets, with the option to wear an eye mask for a fully immersive experience.
We begin with grounding and guided breathing practices before transitioning into active breathwork tailored to your comfort level and nervous system needs.
Throughout the experience, you are fully supported and encouraged to move at a pace that feels safe for your body.
Following the active breathwork, you’ll move into an extended rest and integration period with calming music and crystal singing bowls, allowing your nervous system time to soften, settle, and reconnect.
After the session, there is space to reflect, ask questions, and gently transition back before leaving. Water and chocolate are provided afterward.

Sessions are available in 60- and 75-minute formats.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous before your first breathwork session, especially if you are new to this type of work.
Everything is guided gently and at your own pace. You are always in control of your experience, and there is no “right” way to experience breathwork.
You do not need to force anything, perform, or have everything figured out before arriving.
My role is simply to create a safe, supportive environment where your body can begin to soften, release, and reconnect naturally.
