Sessions may include grounding meditation, guided breathwork, crystal bowl sound healing, music, and time for rest and integration. For a fully immersive experience, participants remain comfortably lying down for the duration of the session and are encouraged to wear an eye mask to help deepen relaxation and inward focus. You’ll be guided throughout the experience in a calm, supportive, and restorative environment.
