What started as a way to calm stress and regulate my nervous system became an essential part of my healing journey.
After exploring different techniques, I found two-stage active breathwork—a powerful practice that helped me reconnect with my body, build resilience, and experience a deeper sense of clarity and peace.
That transformation inspired me to become a certified breathwork facilitator so I could share this work with others.
Today, I guide people through breathwork experiences designed to help release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves.
